A grand old dame in Torquay's historic housing stock, this fine villa had suffered from years of neglect and unsympathetic treatment. Her new owners were happy to rise to the challenge and restore her dignity - and what an overwhelming success!
The internal layout was adjusted to take it back in time to the original Georgian arrangement. The whole house was completely refurbished; a cathedral-like garden room was added to create a most fabulous kitchen/dining space. This is now the hub of the house, complete with sofa and wood burner.
The project is ongoing and phase three, the extension and refurbishment of the annexe, is now under construction. Watch this space!
