Planning Permission was successfully secured in May 2009, for this development of eight luxury apartments, on a site which was occupied by a bungalow. This really is a value added project considering the huge increase in site density.
The contemporary design is particularly refreshing, as the site sits next to the St Marychurch Conservation Area. Clean, simple lines and crisp, uncluttered detailing give this development the edge. Each apartment has a balcony, with the penthouse benefiting from a huge roof terrace.
The project has been successfully completed by a construction company with an excellent reputation. The end results are excellent, with attention to detail to very high standard through our partnership with Local Authority Building Control. The LABC Officer was so pleased he recommended the project for an LABC Award, for which we were shortlisted as a finalist.
