Our Clients asked us to completely reorganise the space in their home. We moved the bedrooms to the ground floor and the living spaces to the first floor, to take advantage of the far-reaching sea views.
We added sun-pipes to bring in natural light, relocated the front door and installed a new staircase to improve the building flow. En-suites were added to the new bedrooms to bring them up to 21stcentury living.
At first floor level, we created a huge living space with a double-sided wood burner and a large kitchen/dining space, all with fabulous open views and access to the roof terrace.
