Our second project for some great Clients. This four-storey cottage had seen little maintenance in recent years but clearly had huge potential to something more wonderful.
The collaboration of clients with clear vision, tailored with a clever design for the use of the limited spaces and quality finish has brought about a transformation. This expertly refurbished 18th century cottage oozes charm from every corner. We created a split-level mezzanine seating area on the top floor to take full advantage of the views of the harbour and sea beyond. A cantilevered balcony was added to kitchen to form a space to enjoy the hustle and bustle of this character fishing port.
Tastefully decorated in a bright modern style yet retaining oodles of charming original features, this really is the quintessential Devon harbourside cottage.
