Our long-standing Client purchased this former NHS Medical Centre with a view to creating quality residential apartments for rent.
We produced a very efficient design layout to maximise the number of apartments and to use all space available in the existing building. Planning Permission was granted for 10no residential flats with car parking in 2020 and works commenced during the pandemic.
We overcame structural obstacles to comply with Building Regulations, achieving easy access to each apartment whilst not altering the façade and keeping the historic character of the building.
This conversion to 10no apartments was definitely complicated, particularly taking the ongoing pandemic in to account. The end result is a very happy client, with a great end product, delivered in good time and now renting well. It’s a win all-round!
